We intentionally manage a limited portfolio to ensure every property receives elite-level optimization and direct oversight.
We manage a wide range of properties, including single-family homes, multi-family units, apartments, and condos. Our team is equipped to handle the unique needs of each property type, ensuring effective management and maximum returns for property owners.
Most properties are fully optimized and live within 2–4 weeks.
The exact timeline depends on photography scheduling, furnishing adjustments (if needed), and listing optimization. We handle the entire transition process to ensure minimal disruption to existing bookings. In many cases, performance improvements begin within the first full month under management.
We will gladly take over and manage reservations booked through Airbnb prior to your signup. These will be treated the same way as reservations secured after signup and will also be charged the normal hosting fee.
Definitely! If you have a profile, great, but if not, we will help you get set up as part of our onboarding process. If you already have a listing, we can decide whether to start from scratch or co-host it, based on your existing reviews. We always create your listings under your profile, if you ever decide you want to manage it yourself!
Your property must:
• Be legally permitted for short-term rental use
• Meet basic safety standards (working smoke detectors, secure locks, etc.)
• Be furnished and maintained to a guest-ready standard
During onboarding, we’ll provide a clear performance review and recommendations to ensure your property is positioned competitively within the South Florida market.
We only host “Entire Place” listings, which means we will not be able to assist you in managing a “Private Room” or “Shared Room”. We also don’t manage “part-time” residences, unless it’s your second home / vacation home.
We manage properties across Palm Beach, Broward, and Miami-Dade Counties. If you're unsure whether your property qualifies, request your free revenue audit and we’ll review it.
The cost of cleaning your property is charged to your guests. We set competitive cleaning fees and pay our cleaning crew a living wage. You aren’t charged a management fee on these rates and they are considered passthrough to our team, with no out of pocket costs to you.

The first thing you notice upon walking in is the impeccable decor. It is so beautifully decorated and perfectly coordinated. Very cozy and perfect for us. Close to lots of restaurants and shopping. The host was super responsive and very friendly. We would definitely recommend a stay here.
